Your ZYRA experience begins before your hair arrives. Your Hair Preparation Kit travels to you first, with selected essentials and a natural hair preparation guide from our founder, a licensed cosmetologist. Your made-to-order hair follows after ZYRA receives, inspects, and packages it.
Your first delivery: Hair Preparation Kit
Use this time to prepare your natural hair and plan your next look. One preparation kit is included per hair order, rather than per individual bundle. Kit contents may vary to suit your order. Receiving the kit does not mean your hair has been delivered or your hair order is complete.

Your selected hair is sourced after purchase, delivered to ZYRA, personally inspected, then prepared and packaged for shipment to you.
Processing time
Please allow approximately 7 to 14 business days for sourcing, supplier transit, ZYRA quality control, and preparation before your hair ships. This is the hair processing estimate; receiving your kit does not shorten or restart it. Carrier delivery time is additional. Holidays, custom requirements, and high order volume may affect processing. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Shipping for both deliveries
The shipping amount shown at checkout covers your order's two planned deliveries. We will not request a second shipping payment when your hair is ready. ZYRA currently ships within the United States. Each package receives its own carrier tracking link when dispatched.
Follow your order
Use the order status link in your confirmation email to view available shipment information, or sign in to your customer account. Preparation kit tracking and hair shipment tracking describe different packages. Carrier tracking begins after dispatch; it does not show supplier preparation progress.

Address accuracy
Review your address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. Address changes may not be possible after either package has been dispatched.
