Your purchase is received and your selected hair enters the sourcing process. Your preparation kit is handled separately as your first delivery.
Your hair is being prepared
Our supplier confirms and prepares your selected hair.
On its way to ZYRA
Your hair travels to ZYRA for inspection. This supplier shipment is separate from delivery to your address.
Quality check underway
We receive your hair and inspect its texture, length, construction where applicable, and order accuracy.
Packaged and shipped
After inspection, your hair is packaged and dispatched. Your hair shipment receives its own carrier tracking link.
Delivered
Your new look is ready for your stylist. Review your hair before installation and follow our hair care guide.
Your order information
Open the order status link in your confirmation email or visit your customer account for available shipment tracking. For the current preparation stage or a question about timing, contact ZYRA with your order number.
