Qualifying spend is hair merchandise after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Canceled and refunded orders do not count. Purchases must pass the applicable return window before a reward is issued.
Every ZYRA hair order includes personal hair concierge support. VIP status is not needed for hair selection guidance, natural hair preparation tips, order updates, or help researching stylist options. The membership card above is a visual concept.
